Refund-Policy

Fungress is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. In the event that you are not satisfied with our online coaching classes, we offer a pro rata refund procedure as outlined below:

 

  1. Refund Eligibility:
  • Refunds are eligible within 30 days from the date of enrollment.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of enrollment, account details in which you want the amount to be refunded like your Bank Details/UPI ID, and a valid reason for the refund request.

  1. Pro Rata Refund Procedure:
  • Refunds will be calculated on a pro rata basis, deducting the cost of classes attended from the total enrollment fee.
  • A processing fee may apply to refund requests.

  1. Refund Request Process:
  • To request a refund, please contact us at contact@fungress.com with your enrollment details, your Bank Details/UPI ID and reason for the refund.
  • We attempt to process and complete refund requests within 48 hours from the time of receiving the refund request.
  • In case there is any delay in refund beyond the period of 72 hours, then you may notify us on contact@fungress.com .

  1. Refund Disbursement:
  • Refunds will be disbursed either through the original method of payment or via the methods requested (Bank Details/ UPI ID) while raising a refund ticket. 
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

By enrolling in our online coaching classes, you agree to abide by the terms of our refund policy. Fungress reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
